What does a settlement cost in Western Australia?

Settlement costs in Western Australia are made up of three things: the fee your settlement representative charges, the disbursements they pay on your behalf and government charges.

Our fee is fixed and published before you commit and covers everything needed to complete a standard settlement in WA. Prices start from $1,290.  

Disbursements are costs we pay on your behalf, such as title searches, Landgate registration fees and the electronic settlement platform fee. We charge these at cost. See What is a disbursement?

Government charges include transfer duty set by RevenueWA.
