Buying in Perth settlement lawyer

Application for new titles: $500 + GST

Upon receipt of a copy of your proposed Survey-Strata/Strata/Deposited Plan endorsed, if necessary, with the Western Australian Planning Commission’s approval, we will:

  • liaise with one registered encumbrance holder to consent to the application;
  • prepare the Application, arrange for you to sign it and lodge it at Landgate; and
  • notify you once Landgate issues the new titles.

Our fixed fee excludes:

  • disbursements – these are government and bank fees which we pay and you must reimburse us. All disbursements are charged at cost.

For more complex applications, we will give you a written quote in advance.
