Lucy supervises the firm’s Wills, probate, estate administration and real estate settlements departments and serves clients directly in more complex matters in these areas.
Lucy’s high standards, ability to lead and inspire others and facility with computerised information systems have been instrumental in the firm bringing new and innovative legal services to the market.
Working side-by-side with technology partner ContactsLaw, Lucy developed systems that enabled Flat Rate Settlements to dramatically reduce costs and improve service quality. Leveraging these benefits and its flat-rate pricing model, the firm brought revolutionary change to the conveyancing industry in Western Australia. Following the success with Flat Rate Settlements, Lucy led the development the firm’s on-the-spot services – advanced interactive instruction forms enabling the delivery of many consumer legal services and court applications in one client consultation. Lucy’s innovations have changed, and will continue to change, the way lawyers do business.

In 2020, she was awarded The Law Society of Western Australia’s Lawyer of the Year Award for her contribution to the legal profession, helping law firm owners and operators reshape their firms to keep pace with the changing economy.
Lucy has three children and is been passionate about supporting and encouraging working mothers to fulfil their career ambitions. She has produced over 100 episodes of The Juggle Podcast, dedicated to supporting women to have a satisfying career and a fulfilling family life.
