What is the PEXA fee?

As of 1 December 2018, all eligible settlements must be completed through PEXA (Property Exchange Australia), Australia’s national online system providing for the electronic completion of settlements and other land dealings.

PEXA charge a fee to complete a settlement through their system. As at 1 July 2019, the PEXA fee is $114.07.  We pass this fee on to you as a disbursement, charged at cost.
