COVID-19: Our usual services will continue, with modified delivery in some situations

We have introduced measures to ensure the safety of our team, clients and the community.

Appointments at our office are available. We are strictly observing the government’s guidelines for distancing and hygiene.

We are also offering our consultations via telephone and video conference and we encourage clients to choose this option if they are comfortable doing so. Our video conferencing platform is simple and easy to use.

Where clients are required to sign original documents (for example, Transfers of Land), we will post the  documents to you.

Verification of identity must still be carried out in-person. We encourage you to complete this at your community Australia Post office, rather than travelling to the CBD.

Many of our team members will be working from home, so thank you for your understanding if it takes us a little longer to respond.

We ask that you do not enter our offices if:

  • you have travelled overseas in the past 14 days;
  • you have been in contact with someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19; or
  • you are experiencing fever, breathing difficulties, fatigue, a cough or sore throat

If you have any queries, please contact us.
